1. 15-Day No Questions Asked Return / Exchange

Customers may request a return or exchange within 15 days of delivery without providing any specific reason.

To qualify:

  • The request must be raised within 15 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be unused and in original condition.
  • Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be intact. 

This policy is designed to ensure a risk-free luxury shopping experience for our customers.

2. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

A return or exchange request will be accepted if:

  • The product does not meet your expectations
  • You wish to exchange for another design
  • Size does not fit
  • You received a wrong item
  • The product arrived damaged
  • There is a manufacturing defect
  • An item is missing in a combo order

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:

  • Customized or personalized jewellery
  • Engraved products
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale 
  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Products showing signs of wear

4. Condition of Returned Products

For hygiene, quality, and authenticity verification, returned items must:

  • Be unused and unworn
  • Be in original packaging
  • Include tags, certificates, and invoice
  • Be free from scratches or damage
  • Not be altered or resized after delivery 

Shastra Jewels reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

5. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  • Reverse pickup (if available in your area)
  • OR
  • Self-shipping instructions

6. Reverse Pickup Policy

If reverse pickup is available at your location:

  • Our courier partner will collect the item from your address.

If reverse pickup is not available:

  • Customers may be requested to ship the product to our warehouse.

Shipping instructions will be provided by our support team.

7. Return / Exchange Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may vary depending on the situation:

Free Return in case of:

  • Damaged product
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Manufacturing defect

Customer may bear shipping charges in case of:

  • Voluntary return
  • Exchange for another product
  • Location where pickup is unavailable

8. Exchange Policy

Customers can exchange their jewellery for:

  • Another design
  • Different size
  • Store credit
  • Alternative product of equal or higher value

If the new product price is:

  • Higher → Customer pays the difference
  • Lower → Remaining amount issued as store credit or refund

9. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued after:

  • Product inspection
  • Quality verification
  • Approval by our returns team

Refund timeline:

5–7 business days after pickup or delivery of returned product

Refund will be processed via:

  • Original payment method
  • Bank transfer
  • Store credit (if applicable)

10. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled:

  • Before the product is shipped
  • Within 12 hours of placing the order

Once the order is shipped:

Cancellation may not be possible.

11. Quality Check & Verification

Every returned jewellery item undergoes:

  • Damage inspection

If a product fails inspection, the return may be rejected and shipped back to the customer.

13. Important Notes for Jewellery Returns

Due to the nature of jewellery products:

  • Slight variations in finish or color are normal
  • Handcrafted designs may have minor differences
  • Product images may vary slightly due to lighting

These are not considered defects.

14. Damaged Product Claims

If your order arrives damaged:

You must report within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Unboxing video
  • Clear product images
  • Packaging photos

This helps us resolve your issue faster.
